Samantha Kelly
Parts Manager
Samantha has worked in inventory management for over 10 years and has been involved in customer service and inventory for almost 20 years. She has built a stock management system from the ground up for LCS Equipment Group.
Samantha has built exceptional relationships with our suppliers and is able to assist with any part that may be needed to help get your truck or equipment back in working order.

Sev Akyol
Office Manager
Sev has over 20 years of experience in management accounting and business working in various industries such as manufacturing, importing/distributing, retail and hospitality.
Sev can assist with any enquiries relating to payables or receivables and is also the recruitment manager.

Lee Ramstein
Managing Director
The founder of LCS Equipment Group, Lee has amassed over 20 years of experience in the waste industry. His experience extends to all brands of waste related compactors and waste truck bodies. He has over 20 years of experience being on the tools and working personally on all different fields involved in the repairs of waste industry equipment, including electrical, fabrication and hydraulics.
Lee has been a leader in managing waste repair companies and has made many connections within the waste industry, building a well-respected reputation for excellent workmanship. His knowledge and experience are the foundation of LCS Equipment Group’s exceptional service and Lee adopts a hands-on approach to ensuring continued high standards of work.

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Fitter/Onsite Field Service Technician to join our busy team in Sunshine North.
LCS Equipment is an essential business repairing waste management trucks and manufacturing after market parts. We currently have several vacancies as we have consistent ongoing work, and need reliable and hardworking individuals to join our skilled team.
These are permanent positions and due to our business model the workshop remains consistently busy.
Ideally we are looking for people to hit the ground running, make your space your own and use your skills to compliment the team. Experience in truck maintenance would be highly regarded but not essential.
